Maison Scotch Top / Frame Jeans / Mansur Gavriel Tote / Vintage Booties (similar)

A big factor when I'm traveling (and for life in general) is finding pieces that balance comfort and style. These Frame jeans were my heaven while traveling to four cities in two weeks on #avveurotrip. Soft as butter and oversized fit gave them that sweatpant feel without looking disheveled. To stay cool, I loved pairing the jeans with airy tops like this Maison Scotch. Super thin cotton and intricate embroidery breathed some life into the look both figuratively and literally. I finished off the look with these amazing western-inspired, vintage mules and malleable leather tote. Shop the links above for a look that not only looks good but feels good, too.

Cotton On Lilou Blouse and Flashback Jean /
Vintage Flatforms (similar) / Kate Spade Initial Necklace /
Outlette Necklace and Rings / Vintage and Handmade Rings

Continuing with my love for Australian designers, meet Cotton On. Cotton On prides itself on affordability, ethics, and sustainability, as well as, philanthropic efforts in its ties with The Cotton On Foundation. I was intrigued by both their story and their clothes! Not only do they have perfect basics in the softest material, but the prices are reasonable without being “cheap”.

I only found it fitting that I highlight their flashback jean (aka vintage 90s mom jean revivalllll) and easy, breezy oversized lilou blouse. Super soft and comfy, these pieces paired with your favorite layering jewels and flatforms make a perfect weekend look. Needless to say, these have been in heavy rotation in my wardrobe. Wear them together or apart-- they're really great (or ripper as the Aussie's say)! Shop the links above to get my look and learn a bit more about Cotton On.

Fashion Meets Comfort

Old Navy Dress (similar [1] [2] [3] [4]) / NY&Co Chambray Shirt (similar) / Tibi Mules / Jules Smith Choker / Vintage Gold Chain and Rings

I am all about the whole fashion meets comfort thing. When you’re working a jam-packed day or taking the city by storm for some much needed weekend shopping, you want to be comfortable but also look pulled together. A bright cotton dress, chambray around the waist, and mules take the cake. Easy. Breezy. Summerly Chic.

I don’t usually get too overexcited by jewelry but ever since I spotted the Eddie Borgo chokers on Shopbop, I have been obsessed. Thankfully, I was able to snag the Jules Smith at a more reasonable price (link above). A choker can make a statement on its own or layered with other chains, as well. As long as it’s not the stretchy black one we wore when we were 10, I think we’ll be good to go ;)
