VEDA Leather Jacket / Maison Scotch Button Down / FRAME Boyfriend Jeans / Hudson Boots / Awoke Vintage Layering Rings

Feeling inspired while visiting London (one of the first cities that sparked an exploration into my personal style), I harnessed my inner tomboy with flecks of British rock and roll to create this look. Classic striped buttondown loosely tucked into supersoft and baggy boyfriend jeans start an outfit that's effortless and comfy. A bit of sex and rock&roll is added in with a leather moto jacket, snakeskin boots, and peek of black bralette. The combination gives you that “cool London girl look” that can take you from a day shopping on Oxford Street to an epic evening at Sketch. Shop the links above and stay tuned for more of my favorites from London and my other #avveurotrip cities :)

Awoke Vintage Vest / Mason Skirt / Zara Booties / Snash Bar Ring / Slate Ring

We all know I love a mix of materials and shapes and this outfit is case in point. Rigid, white, denim vest contrasted with a slinky, asymmetrical, silk skirt creates a look that is clean but keeps the eye moving. I paired the look with a patent and lucite bootie and strong gold jewelry to continue the theme of contrasting materials. All in all, you have look that's chic and bit minimalistic.

Frame Polo / AMO Denim / Matt Bernson Mule / Pamela Love Earrings / Snash Ring / Slate Ring

As we transition into fall, I want to highlight 3 things that are vital for my wardrobe: a jean update, a polo revival, and mules you can actually walk in! First, the jeans. This amazing pair from AMO checks all the boxes on my list for a jean update-- high waisted, cropped, mini flare, raw hem. Can it get any better? The slight fading on the thigh also slims and lengthens the leg so I'm all in! Next, the polo. This isn't a "fratstar" situation... Hopefully we've left those days behind us! This polo by Frame has a some unique detailing with the deep v which adds a bit of femininity and is super soft, too! Last up, the mule. I am OBSESSED with these flat mules by Matt Bernson. I wore them during a lot of my "eurotrip" and I just love how unique, cool, and comfy they are. Shop these favorite pieces for your transitional wardrobe via the links above :)

Awoke Vintage Top and Tennis Skirt / Vintage Scarf / Grenson Shoes / Lauren Merkin Clutch / Slate Rings via Rocksbox

Equal parts vintage equal parts Écolière Parisienne (Parisienne schoolgirl). I was so excited to collaborate with Awoke Vintage for this NYFW outfit! These pieces were in pristine condition and perfectly achieved "the chic, tennis-playing schoolgirl" look. (Minus the pigtails please!) I paired the combo with the quintessential platform tassel loafer in a delicious caramel color and fun animal print bag for contrast. I topped it all off with a silk scarf and red lip for added Parisienne flair. Links above for a happy vintage shopping, tennis playing, schoolgirl learning look ;)

Adidas Tee / True Royal Pants / Rodebjer Sneakers / Slate Rings via Rocksbock

We all know I love to mix a little uptown with a little downtown. So when I spotted these gold pants, I instantly thought of my adidas tee. It adds a nice contrast to dress down the pants and these amazing sneakers add just the perfect bit of fun to it all. This was one of my favorite streestyle looks from NY fashion week and I hope you enjoy it too! Shop the links to get the look!

Alice McCall Dress / Stan Smith Custom Sneakers / Matt Bernson Bag  / Pamela Love Rings / Slate Rings via Rocksbox

I’m not even sure where to start with this look other than I’m completely and utterly obsessed with this dress. It’s white first of all, so let’s knock that off the list. And the lace detailing? DIVINE. I decided to tame down the femininity a bit by adding clean, white sneakers and my favorite structural crossbody. I topped things off with some boho-rocker-chic rings and achieved a look that’s feminine, cool, and chic all at the same time. Shop the links above to get the look :)

Diesel Black Gold Dress (similar) / DKNY Platforms / Matt Bernson Bag / Sunday Somewhere Sunnies / Pamela Love Earring and Ring / Snash Ring / Awoke Vintage Layering Rings / Outlette Ring

After collaborating with the lovely ladies of Diesel Black Gold for my beachy denim shoot, I was thrilled to be able to experience the new collection in person at their Spring/Summer 2016 presentation. Located in an amazingly raw and deconstructed building in the heart of the Financial District, it set the perfect backdrop for a runway full of leather, patchwork, and badass vibes. The collection was said to be inspired by a woman wearing a man’s shirt as a dress… sign me up! Tomboy vibes with an edge of sex appeal. Deep side parts, slicked hair, smokey eyes, and strong walks, the models were the cherry on top of that rocker chic sundae. I included some shots of my look before the show, inside the venue, and a link below to a great video compilation of the catwalk. Enjoy!

Triangl Bikini / Phyllis + Rosie Lariat / Gorjana Lariat / Arrow Necklace / Sogoli Wrap Bracelet

It's never "too late" to buy a swimsuit. Be an optimist. People are saying "summer is over" but I beg to differ. Who knows, maybe you'll be hitting a tropical island in October and visiting the Aussies in December. Cue Triangl swim. I fell in love with their use of neoprene and diverse colors and shapes. I opted for this bohemian inspired suit in this muted orange color I've been finding myself drawn to lately! Paired with layered delicate jewelry and beach waves, you have a look that works no matter if you're at the beach in Brooklyn or headed to the South of Spain. Shop the links above to get the look and long live summer!

Vince Tee / Diesel Black Gold Denim (similar) / Vintage Rings

When I had the opportunity to collab with Diesel Black Gold, it was the perfect match. Their downtown cool feel is one of my favorite vibes and a great contrast to this little beach on the edge of Williamsburg. Sand between your toes, wind in your hair, and one of the chicest and sexiest looks, baggy jeans and a black tee. There’s something incredibly raw and organic—no muss, no fuss. I love how these boyfriend jeans have such an ease and comfort about them. I wore them here barefoot on the beach and then later that night gave them a quick tuck, switched into a slinky tank and chunky mules for an evening oout. Check out the links above and stay tuned for my coverage of their runway show during NYFW!

Urban Outfitters Tunic (similar) / ATM Pants / Zara Pumps / Mansur Gavriel Bucket Bag / Iphoria Poof /  Arrow Necklace / Vintage Rings / Gorjana Ring via Rocksbox

Finishing off the week's white with black theme with one of my favorite materials—linen. The light and gauzy feel of linen is perfect for summer and works well even into early fall.  I am in love with these linen trousers from ATM. Not originally made to be a puddle, I got mine a bit too big (per usual) and slung them low to make an epic puddle at the bottom. You get just a peek of these sky-high stilettos too that make it a great look for day or night. Paired with my favorite tunic, black bralette, and structured bucket bag, you have a look that’s equal parts easy, chic, and sexy.

Vintage Camisole / Zara Overalls (similar) / Adidas Slides / Arrow Necklace / Vintage Rings / Gorjana Ring via Rocksbox

Continuing with this week's "white with black" theme, I decided to break out these amazing button front overalls from Zara. The great shape (dropcrotch anyone?) and little details set these overalls apart from the rest. Keeping things chic, I added my favorite vintage camisole for some clean contrast. This look would be great with a mule or a strappy sandal but I decided to mix things up by adding these sporty slides by Adidas. Shop the links above to get my look and keep an eye for the final white with black look.

Target Buttondown and Boyfriend Shorts / Urban Outfitters Sandals (similar) / Gorjana Necklaces and Ring via Rocksbox

I’ve deemed this week’s outfit theme "white with black". Two of the most essential colors in anyone’s wardrobe, I love pairing them together.  In lieu of summer, I found it most fitting to highlight my favorite go-to look, all white, but highlighted with black accents . You’ll be shocked to hear that this crisp buttondown and boyfriend “bermuda” shorts are from the (dare I say it) clearance section at Target. Talk about #winning ! To keep the look from going too tomboy, I fastened only a few buttons on the shirt, revealing some dainty layering necklaces, and finished the outfit with a chunky, lace-up sandal. The result has you looking effortlessly chic. Shop the links above, check out the video below, and stay tuned for more of my favorite black and white looks!

Forever 21 Buttondown / Vintage Levi's / Bandana / Custom Stan Smith / Vintage Rings / Gorjana Ring via Rocksbox

I've been inspired by the rugged, Americana vibes that are sweeping the fall season with revival of the bandana. My most vivid memories of a bandana are of my dad doing projects all around the house and wearing them on his head to keep the sweat out of his eyes. There's a much less literal use for them these days but also so many different ways to wear them! A favorite and classic of course is around the neck. Another option is tied around a belt loop, stuck in your back pocket like a true cowboy, or twisted and head-wrapped like Rosie the Riveter. It's a great styling piece that adds that little something to even the simplest outfit. Striped button down, mom jeans, classic white sneaks, and a dose of cool added with the bandana. How do you like to wear yours?

Project Social T Scoop Tank / Calvin Klein Sports Bra /  Vintage Bermuda Jean Shorts / Platform Supergas / Arrow Necklace / Gorjana Ring via Rocksbox

I'm thinking it's some sort of combination of loving vintage, watching too many Friends episodes, and living in the lower east side that has me so drawn to 90s minimalism. I find myself constantly having a Monica or Rachel moment if you will ;) So when I found these BERMUDA shorts at my favorite vintage section at Pat Fields I just had to have them! Probably more epic than any of my mom jeans, these jean shorts take the 90s level up about a hundred notches. Bermudas have made a small comeback but I've never quite seen any pair like these. The complete mom fit, right above the knee length, and wash black color. PERFECTION.

Probably a scary feat to the normal shopper, I'm here to show you that bermudas CAN be done in a chic way. #1-- keep it minimal. I wore solely black and white with simple materials and shapes.  #2-- it's all about the shoe. Platform anything or sky high heels take the short to trendier/sexier place. Shop the links above to branch out of your comfort zone with the quintessential bermuda.
