The Romper. One of my personal favs and your hero piece for the summer. Essentially an all-in-one outfit, rompers can take you just about anywhere. Focus on cottons, silk/chiffons and simple silhouettes when finding the most versatile romper. Then from there, it's all about the accessories to take the outfit where you want it to go. 

This onesie from Tobi caught my eye immediately. Crisp cotton, classic shape, and the most adorable details make it the perfect romper for say... a day at Coney Island. I took my outfit in a summer fun kinda vibe! Sky high wedges and retro sunnies added to this daisy, laceup onesie complete the look. Shop this romper and fun accessories above!

GBA: It's Festival Season

In lieu of Coachella Weekend #2, I found it only fitting to post my festival inspired look. You can take your look so many ways when headed into a musical weekend. There's cutoffs, croptops, swimsuits, body chains, and everything in between. I decided to highlight though one of my hero pieces and favorites for summer: the romper. Easy and breezy and this one has a perfect shape! Added my new western-inspired straw hat, loaded on the jewelry, and finished it with a classic black boot. Now you may be wondering, "What is GBA?" With notes of "Americana" in the shots, I only found it fitting to include my favorite phrase in the title: God Bless America. Good news, I'm still here. After three weeks of apartment searching, moving A LOT of clothes and shoes, I'm back in action just in time for casual Friday. Today's choice: the infamous "Canadian Tuxedo". Sworn a has been of the nineties (the era I also happen to be fully invested in lately), I think this tux is a nice update to what could've been a full on blast from the past.

I fell in love with this Iro denim shirt the moment I spotted it. Boxy, faded, with leather piping detail and a nod to western, what more was there to love? Paired with a scalloped, denim romper that I snagged at Urban Outfitters for a whopping $5 in their clearance section, I'm calling this one a winner. TGIF and have a fab weekend!
