Mr. Larkin Blazer and Dress / Grenson Loafer / Coach Bag

Creamy. The adjective could describe so many different things: the texture of moisturizer, the taste of ice cream, or simply a variation of the color white. As winter is finally wrapping in NYC, my skin is as I like to call it... creamy. Not pasty, but creamy and vastly contrasted from my dark hair. In order to keep my look from going completely goth, I've been drawn to lighter tones to create my outfits. Layering pale pinks, beiges, and creamy whites, compliment my skin without fully washing me out. Straight-forward silks and knits in minimalistic silhouettes pair seamlessly with these colors to create an effortlessly cool look. Check out the links above to get my favorite combination of a column dress, flowy blazer, and contrasting platform loafer.

Wilfred Maxi Dress (similar here or here) / Zara Oxford (similar) / Outlette Rings

Similar to rompers, the maxi dress can be the perfect all-in-one, go-to outfit. So many silhouettes to choose from, you can make a maxi dress fit for just about any occasion. This dress from Aritzia has the perfect "The Row" vibe at a fraction of the cost. Silky smooth material and oversized shape allows it to hang just perfectly on its own or makes it easy for belting. I paired mine with an unexpected, patent oxford to give it a quirky, fun, and at the same time, minimal look. What's your favorite maxi?

The Mode Collective Sandal / Zara Tank / Leather Skirt (here or here) / Gorjana Necklace and Wanderlust & Co Ring via Rocksbox / Outlette Arrow Necklace and Rings

If there's one staple shoe (besides a black pump) that you need in your closet, it's a nude sandal. It goes with just about anything in your wardrobe and added benefit: it lengthens the leg! And who doesn't want longer legs?! This pair is by my favorite brand this week: The Mode Collective.A sky high heel and slim straps give it a perfect "barely there" look. I paired this shoe with an all neutral look, one of my favorites for the approaching summer season. Clean, chic, and elevated, this look will take you from work to afterhours in a snap.

Urban Outfitters Tank (here or here) / Cosabella Bralette / American Apparel Trousers / J.Crew Pumps (similar)

Once in a while, you have to mix up your routine. For me, neutrals with neutrals is always a fave but this time I decided to switch things up by adding a pop of color in my shoe. These amazing blue patent J.Crew pumps add the perfect dose of spring brights to the ivorys and greys in this look. Another great element to highlight is the "mullet effect". Business in the front, party in the back. Point toe pump, trouser and classic neckline in the front, backless, black bra and bit of swagger in the back. Add all these tips together and you'll make a fresh spring look that will have heads turning.

Urban Outfitters Tank / Calvin Klein Boyshorts

I have completely fell in love with the Calvin Klein Underwear revival of the 90s. Classic boyish waistband has you feeling like Kate Moss circa 1992. My style has a tendency to fall back to the years of my childhood, aka the 90s, so it's awesome that CK has brought it back with flying colors. I love incorporating my calvins with some vintage highwaisted jeans for a fun look out or casually with a backless tank, all grey, neutral, sexy.
