Sometimes you gotta mix up your norm a bit to keep things interesting. One of my go-to looks is skinnies with anything oversized on top, usually in a neutral palette. I had a bit of fun switching up and adding a mickey mouse tee (from the men's section... I know you're not shocked) and my favorite vintage track jacket. Same silhouette but with a twist, and by keeping the bottom half sleek and muted, the outfit doesn't become too childish or kitschy. Shop the links above to grab my go-to with a Mickey twist!

There’s no denying the whole sport trend sticking around, and I’m all in. I loved rocking this jersey (which also kept me cool in the million degree weather) with a cleaner pair of rolled denim shorts.   These Nike tennies paired with spikey silver jewelry give it a bit of a downtown, street feel. Finally did it - made the gif! During this shoot, I had the urge to "run down the runway" Alexander Wang style. The moving photos turned out pretty cool, and I felt like I was in one of those Target ads. Animation aside, this outfit is just another example of why you should never get rid of items that are currently not in style. I bought this vintage Nike track jacket about 10 years ago and what do you know it's 2014 and they're so hot right now. Other than the fact that the colors are brilliant, I love how I can wear this jacket with virtually anything! It elevates even the simplest jeans and tshirt and cools up a girly skirt and crop top like above. I would obviously suggest searching for vintage but there are some great modern track/baseball jackets all over and at all price points, too!
