Rachel Comey Denim Trench, Crop Top, Shorts / Tory Burch Platforms

We're taking the Canadian Tuxedo to a whole new level. Denim brand fav with the always essential nod to the 90s, Rachel Comey comes in for the denim win as I pair denim on denim on denim. I practically fell on the floor when I discovered these drawstring denim shorts in their NYC showroom this spring. Flashback to circa 1998 when I used to rock balloon shorts that were way to big for me (and needless to say not much has changed). I added a slight roll at the bottom to get a bit more leg and an epic platform espadrille by Tory Burch for added leg length. To show off that epic waistline, I paired the shorts with a patchwork denim crop top. Topped off with probably the softest denim I've encountered, this trench if worn open displays all the details and has an awesome flow as you walk. You'll be feeling like a denim super hero.
